Glow unapologetically: Other people don't get to dictate your shine

Imagine dimming your light because someone told you to. Someone who hasn't accomplished any of the things you have, or walked in any of your shoes. Someone who has never borne the burdens you have. Are you really about to let those type of people affect your self-worth?! And now that you think of it that way, the whole thing seems comical, doesn't it?

Sis, do not allow ashy people into your space.

Lately, I've had such an affinity for black and white. I looked at my Instagram feed and realized I've worn it a lot in the past few weeks; even the swimsuit in my last post! I usually stray away from black but for some reason, I've been digging it as of late..

I've been living out of a suitcase for the last month and a half or so, so you'll have to bear with me. There wasn't a rhyme or reason when I was packing.. I just threw basic shit into the suitcase and hoped that they would somehow mesh together later. These high-waisted skinnies are another Walmart find from a few posts ago and the crop top is from Ross.

This whole look had me feeling very Sandy from Grease-ish, lol. I would like to point out that I had no intention on pairing the Louis Vuitton/Fendi prints but alas, I was in a rush, my other slides were at the bottom of my duffle and my Uber was outside.

You know what, I'm not apologizing. [Fashion] rules are meant to be broken.

xo,

Glen
