When you can’t stay motivated, stay consistent.

The last few months have been a whirlwind! The last time we spoke, I had just completed the Advanced Leader's Course and was waiting to see if I would make the cut for promotion. I'll say this: it's been a time!

Well, I DID IT!

'

Since then, I've taken on more responsibilities at work in the form of additional duties. I'm now the lead Public Affairs Specialist, among other things and I'm just continuing to take it one day at a time. I have a little over five years left til my retirement and I'm taking it slow and steady.

Attempting to stay consistent has been my saving grace. My schedule at work is all over the place, so any semblance of a routine that I can make for myself helps. One of the things I want to try incorporating is journaling, especially on the days that don't go well. It's easy to document the good days, but I think the not so good days are the days you need it most.

Over the past few months, I've been putting emphasis on my content creation. I've intentionally focused more on creating with you all in mind, ensuring that I post affiliate links wherever possible. If interested, you can check out my Amazon Storefront here. As always, you guys know if there's a link available to an item, I'll provide it.

I think I'll be doing this a lot more in the near future. I have an entire list of items I want to try for you guys, so stay tuned!

Stay golden.

xo,

Glen
